Size Guide

You've fallen in love but you're not sure what size you need in your new activewear... Check out our size guide to help you choose!

To take your measurements:

  1. Bust: Wrap a measuring tape around your back and bring forward to the fullest part of your bust. Often this will run the tape right across your nipples. With your head raised, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  2. Waist: Wrap a measuring tape around your narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button. Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  3. Hips: Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.
  4. Under-bust: Wrap a measuring tape around your chest, under your bust
  5. Length: Vertical length of the piece (Tops or Bottom)

Your regular size is a starting point that should be used as a guide, how our activewear fit will depend largely on your body type – if you have a small bust, broad shoulders or, if you have narrow hips, a large booty, love handles etc. Please consider your body shape, bust & hip size, and height. You may need to consider one size up/down depending on your body shapes.
