Delivery Info
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We are based in Malaysia.
For domestic delivery,
- A flat rate of RM 8 will be charged for West Malaysia.
- A flat rate of RM15 will be charged for East Malaysia.
- Free postage nationwide for orders above RM150
Deliveries will be made by our logistic partners Pos Store & NinjaVan.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will notify you once your item has been shipped. For pre-order and backorder Items, it will take around 15-20 days to reach your end. For ready stock, will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Our products are shipped Monday to Friday excluding weekends and local public holidays.
If you do not receive your parcel within 3 working days, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with the post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman’s attempted delivery was unsuccessfully.
All parcels will be returned to sender if undelivered within 10 working days. If your parcel has been returned to sender, please notify us via Whatsapp at +60182604939 or email us at floecollection.my@gmail.com with your order number and we'll arrange for re-delivery once we've confirmed that the parcel has reached us. Do note that we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges.
We are not responsible in the case of missing parcel, or any accident that occur due to unforeseen circumstances during delivery. Kindly contact the courier service for further assistance.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to Singapore!
A flat rate of RM45/SGD15 per order will be charged. Deliveries will be fulfilled by Pos Store / NinjaVan.

Please take note that FLOE ACTIEV will not be responsible for any unexpected delays once your orders has been dispatched. That includes delays due to custom clearance or failed delivery attempts by our logistic partners. In addition, we will not be held responsible in any unlikely event of lost parcels. All international shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
