🎁 FLOE ACTIVE GIFT CARD — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Validity Period

   • Floe Active Gift Cards are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

   • After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reactivated.

2. Usage

   • Gift cards can be redeemed online at floeactive.com or at Floe Active retail stores.

   • They can be used to purchase any regular-priced or sale item.

   • Multiple gift cards can be applied in a single transaction.

3. Balance & Partial Payment

   • If your order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid using other accepted payment methods.

   • If your order total is less than the card value, the unused balance will remain on the card until it expires.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

   • Gift cards cannot be refunded, reloaded, or exchanged for cash.

   • Orders paid fully or partially with a gift card are not eligible for cash refunds — any refund will be issued back to the same gift card or as store credit.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

   • Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

6. Promotional Gift Cards

   • Complimentary or promotional gift cards (e.g. giveaways, influencer campaigns) may carry different terms, including shorter validity or product restrictions.

7. Fraud & Misuse

   • Floe Active reserves the right to suspend or cancel any gift card if there is suspicion of fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Right to Amend

   • Floe Active reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
